NcSTAR/VISM Lower Receiver Vice Block

The NcSTAR/VISM AR-15 Lower Receiver Vise Block allows you to mount a MIL-Spec AR-15 lower receiver to the vise block, for securing the AR lower receiver to a bench vise for maintenance and assembly.

Securing your lower receiver to a vice block by way of the grip screw, and then around the buffer tube ensures that there is no rotation against the back plate notch and receiver extension threads.

This benefit is twofold: It reduces the likelihood of your back plate notch causing damage to your buffer tube threads, and ensures that your buffer tube is aligned square with your lower receiver.
