HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

GENERAL

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?Click here

    Generally speaking, if you can add an item to cart:  it is In Stock and ready to ship.  Otherwise, you can sign up for In Stock Alerts on each product and you'll be emailed automatically when that stock is updated.  

    Some exceptions to what's In Stock include items marked as [Pre-Order] or print-to-order posters and most apparel.

    The last and only other exception is an inventory error.  We will contact you by phone and follow up with an email if we cannot fulfill your order for any reason.

  • Pre-Orders and CancellationsClick here

    Pre-orders will be invoiced around the time the order is placed (1-2 business days).  Cancellations before the order is invoiced will be refunded in full. 

    Cancellations after the order is invoiced will be refunded, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

  • MY ORDER SAYS ON HOLD - WHAT GIVES?Click here

    Nothing to worry about, all orders are initially on a manual hold while our payment processor is running fraud detection software and our team takes a look at all incoming orders to ensure the contents ordered can ship to their destination.

    If you were able to add the item to your cart, the item is/was in stock when you purchased and is being held until your order processes.

  • MY ORDER SAYS "SUSPECTED FRAUD"- WHAT GIVES?Click here

    Usually "SUSPECTED FRAUD" is a false positive that will be reviewed and authorized, usually tripped because of use of a VPN or mismatched billing/shipping addresses.
    In the rare event that it is considered fraud, your order will be voided and your charge will be refunded.

  • I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THE SITEClick here

    We are able to ship non-ITAR goods outside the United States to select allied countries (EU, Japan, etc).   You can use a generic phone number such as +1 (555)555-5555 in order to complete check out.

    If you are unable to complete checkout, feel free to contact us and with your delivery address and we will review our settings to see if we are able to offer shipments to your country.

SHIPPING

  • Do You Ship Internationally?Click here

    We do not ship anything that is ITAR restricted internationally!  In general, this is anything that is designed specifically for a firearm per the Department of State, and Department of Commerce.

    We recommend using Polaris Logistics for international orders of sensitive items such as firearms accessories and components as they specialize in that.

  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?Click here

    Weapon Outfitters uses USPS and UPS, primarily.

    Flat Rate Shipping may be either carrier, whereas any expedited shipping will UPS (unless shipping to a PO Box).

  • WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?Click here

    Delivery is dependent on which carrier/service you select.  In-Stock items will normally ship within one (1) business day if order is placed before 1300 PST.   If the item is not in stock, a notification will be present next to the add to cart button of expected lead time.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?Click here

    Absolutely! To do so, ensure that you leave the country as the United States and you will see Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific in the drop down menu. Then simply choose the appropriate option.

    Please note: we cannot ship ITAR restricted items (firearms specific components, parts) to APO addresses as this is specifically addressed in ITAR rules, and counts as exporting

WARRANTY

  • What warranty do you offer?Click here

    As a licensed Retailer, all manufacturer's warranties apply unless stated otherwise.  Noteable exceptions would be on surplus parts.

    Our in-house built uppers are assembled by our staff armorer are guaranteed to run with mil-spec quality components and new manufactured ammunition (use remanufactured and reloaded ammunition at your own risk).  Sons of Liberty has agreed to honor their Lifetime Warranty on our WO Built uppers that use all SOLGW componentry.  

    For our in-house brands (Zerobravo, Weapon Outfitters) we offer a lifetime guarantee on all manufacturer defects. Guarantees are transferable. If any item we manufacture is faulty, defective, or broken due to manufacturing, we will repair/replace at no additional cost to you.
