WEAPON OUTFITTERS SHIPPING POLICY
At Weapon Outfitters, we want you to shop with confidence and not be dissuaded by high shipping costs. That's why, for nearly all our orders, we offer a low Flat Rate Standard Shipping for our Domestic orders. Some weight and volume exclusions do apply. Additional shipping may be assessed for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and International Shipping.
Optional expedited shipping is available via UPS or Fedex, but keep in mind we operate Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1300 PST on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless.
Orders received before 1300 PST will typically ship same day, Mon-Fri.
Weapon Outfitters reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent. We work with industry partners to identify bad actors, patterns of behavior, and other suspicious activity in order to combat identity theft and fraudulent purchases. Please, secure your data on your devices and do your best to protect against identity fraud.
*Note: Same Day shipping may not apply during holidays and industry events, such as Shot Show.
Weapon Outfitters does not ship the following items to the following states/locales:
- Magazine restrictions to CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, NY, NJ, RI, VT, and parts of IL (Cook Co, Chicago, Aurora)
- WA residents cannot order parts and/or firearms for semi-automatic rifles, or magazines over 10 round capacity
- ITAR restricted items will not ship outside the USA
- Interational customers may purchase merchandise, gear, and accessories (no firearms parts)
- States where Magazine Rebuild Kits are allowed must purchase Magazine Rebuild Kit for EACH magazine you wish to purchase
Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation
The default $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping does not come with shipping insurance nor signature verification on delivery.
If you require greater security for your parcel, we strongly encrouage you option for expedited shipping -- Which will come with signature confirmation and carrier insurance to cover your package against damage or loss from the carrier.
RETURNS / CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Weapon Outfitters stands by the products we sell -- if your item has a defect in material or workmanship: we offer full refunds or equal value exchanges. We correct our shipping mistakes at no cost to you. Otherwise, be advised that returns/exchanges may be subject to restocking fees that at minimum cover shipping and credit card processing fees and up to 30% of the cost of the item (if sealed). Select items, such as gas masks and used helmets, may not be returned. Contact us for sizing questions before purchasing if unsure.
Items with restrictions to states or municipalities (ex. Magazines) will not ship. You will be refunded minus the credit cards fees. Know your local laws before ordering. If you live in a state that allows for magazine rebuild kits, you must contact us prior to placing an order.
Please read item descriptions: Items that are made on demand such as most t-shirts ship from a seperate printing company. Pre-Order items will be noted in the Product Name and Description, along with their estimated lead times. Pre-ordered items may be subject to a non-refundable deposit up to 50% of the cost of the item.
MISSING, STOLEN PACKAGES
Weapon Outfitters is responsible for items up to the point of shipping, and once the order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver in a timely manner to the address you've provided.
Weapon Outfitters is NOT responsible for any of the following situations:
- Wrong address delivery due to incorrect input by the customer during the order process
- Missing or stolen packages that track as being delivered
- Damage to products during shipping or delivery*
We recognize that package theft appears to be on the rise, it is advisable to try to time your delivery to days when someone may be at home to receive the parcel. If your package is missing, and the carrier is showing as having delivered the parcel, contact the carrier first and the Delivery Person may be able to recall details about the delivery. Be advised, the carriers require a police report if you intend to file a claim and are suspecting package theft. Please do so, as that may assist with reimbursement. We insure our packages with the carriers in order to safeguard delivery, but please be vigilant.
*Note: We do our best to pack your items securely. If you feel our packing was inadequate and resulted in damage to your items, please photo document the packaging and the product and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assess the claim for reimbursement or replacement as soon as possible.
Items will be headed and clearly marked with PRE-ORDER and a shipping estimate (B.E. Meyers MAWLs, for example). If any other in-stock items are added with PRE-ORDER items, the full order will ship complete when the PRE-ORDER Item is available to ship. If you need split shipments, you must contact us to make arrangements and pay the full cost of shipping each parcel.
Pre-orders will be invoiced around the time the order is placed (1-2 business days). Cancellations before the order is invoiced will be refunded in full. Cancellations after the order is invoiced will be refunded, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Email us at email@example.com if you have any questions before placing your pre-order.
Note: The most rapid way to receive updates regarding lead times is generally on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. Follow our social media and you can also Direct Message us there for quicker responses.
International orders are possible only on a select number of items. Any items considered part of ITAR are not available for export. Media, clothing, and gear may be ordered for international shipment. Orders placed for items that are restricted from export will be cancelled and refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Be advised that international shipping for in stock items may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated by country and subject to USPS rates. Use the USPS Postage Calculator to estimate delivery time from our facility in Redmond, WA 98052.
With regard to duties and taxes, the purchaser is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and other local fees. Weapon Outfitters is not responsible for items seized or rejected by Customs.
