LWRC Int. AR-15 UCIW Stock Kit - Flat Dark Earth

The LWRC International UCIW (Ultra-Compact Individual Weapon) stock system shortens the overall length of the firearm by a full inch, as compared to a standard AR.  The ideal solution for PDW type carbines and SBRs -- the UCIW shines on short .300BLK builds that would normally use a carbine buffer and standard spring weight.

The stock kit includes the stock, receiver extension, index plate, buffer, recoil spring and castle nut. The system’s components were designed to work together and should be installed together for reliable performance. The stock is lightweight and features integral sling attachment points, easy one-hand adjustments and excellent cheekweld. The rubber buttpad prevents slippage during firing. The receiver extension has four positions to adjust the length of pull. Derived from our UCIW project, it is a great option for shortening the overall length of your rifle.

Overall length of the stock kit (including castle nut and index plate) measures 5.75" collapsed and 9" at maximum extension.  The UCIW Stock Kit uses a proprietary, short buffer weighted approximately 3.2oz combined with the supplied flat wire action spring.  This is closely analogous to a Carbine Buffer (3.0 oz) and a standard carbine spring (Sprinco White).
