Knights Armament Company URX 3.1 7.62 SR-25 Carbine Rail - Black

The Knight's Armament Corp. Upper Receiver Extending (URX) Rail system is one of the most trusted tactical free floating rails on the market, given that KAC invented the railed fore-end back in the early 90s.

Using a proprietary barrel nut, the URX 3.1 features a slick design which requires specialized tools for installation, but yields one of the lowest profile rail profiles available in a robust mounting solution.

Main part of the URX 3.1 rail is 12 3/8" long with an overhang of 7/8" in the front. Total length is 13 1/2". Ideal on a short-ish .308 barrel between 14.5 - 16" in length.

Rail features short picatinny rails front and rear with slick sides in the middle on left, right, and bottom. There are 4 anti-rotation QD sling swivel sockets, 2 front, 2 rear. The bottom rail is removable.

Includes: URX 3.1 Handguard, barrel nut and screws to attach bottom rail.

Requires: Knight's Armament SR25 URX barrel nut wrench and vice block to clamp and align URX with upper receiver.

Barrel nut and hardware are included.
