Hodge Defense Stripped Upper Receiver, now commercially available in C405 Alloy. Precision machined to Hodge Defense's specifications, and held within =/- .001" for critical dimensions, this upper receiver is a MIL-SPEC style upper with slightly improved specs to increase upper rigidity and better barrel to upper interface. This results in greater potential accuracy!
Depending on your barrel extension, thermal Fitting may be required. To thermally fit a barrel, simply apply heat to the upper receiver (via a heat gun, or even a hair dryer) for 60-120 seconds to expand the aluminum slightly prior to fitting a barrel.
Made from C405 aluminium and anodized a deep black, this upper receiver is a great upper to build a high quality upper or go for a full AU MOD 2 clone build!
