Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly - AR-15

Bravo Company has applied methodical, precision engineering and aerospace coating to provide a smooth trigger that is designed to last a lifetime.  

After being machiend from Mil-Spec AISI8620 steel investment casting, the PNT Trigger Assembly then goes through a 3-step heat treat and case hardening process for optimal grain structure alignment and yielding a stronger and more wear resistance product.

The sear engagement surfaced are ground and then hand polished, for up to a 300% reduction in friction when compared to Mil-Spec triggers.  An electroless nickel finish is applied to further reduce grit and creep, and the nickel finish also helps prevent corrosion and rust.  Finally, Teflon is embedded in the nickel finish to reduce even more friction.  

The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel and fine blanked for cleaner edges, and double disc ground.  All this results in a crisp and smooth single-stage trigger.  The PNT is an affordable and significant upgrade over Mil-Spec triggers that should be the bare minimum on any rifle.
