BOE Suppression monocore suppressors use the latest in 3D metal printing to produce durable, modular suppressors that promise the ergonomics and weapon performance of low back pressure suppression technology, with the high sound suppression expected from more traditional baffled designs.  Furthermore, BOE Suppression Mod 1 suppressors are extremely modular, with vented and non vented steel end caps, and popular HUB (universal) suppressor mounting compatability.

Features

A key feature of the BOE design is its minimal impact on the weapon system. Thanks to our Patented advanced pressure equalization technology and optimized geometries, the suppressor does not introduce noticeable back pressure. This results in reduced wear on the weapon and lower toxic exposure for the operator.

ACCURACY AND POI SHIFT 

The BOE design utilizes a completely symmetrical inner core with a concentric inner aperture. This ensures that projectiles are stabilized properly with even pressure dispersion for enhanced accuracy and minimal point of impact shift.

FLASH REDUCTION

Every effort has been made in the design of this advanced suppressor to reduce the sound signature of the host weapon, while also essentially eliminating the visual signature or flash of the weapon system. This is achieved through the caliber specific design of the suppressor’s inner core as well as the endcap in both vented and non-vented variations.

SERVICABILITY AND SURVIVABILTY

Each BOE suppressor is engineered for full serviceability through a straightforward two-piece design, allowing for easy maintenance by the end user or armorer. This design ensures that proper inspection and cleaning can be easily performed on the system. This design also ensures that outer tube of the suppressor will not be damaged and will remain functional if the suppressor is damaged through misalignment or projectile failure. The core of the system acts as a failsafe and can easily be replaced with no down time.

D360® ENHANCED COATING TECHNOLOGY

The D360® Diamond-Like coating process is designed to improve the durability and serviceability of BOE suppressors. This multi-stage coating provides comprehensive coverage of both internal and external surfaces, unlike other suppressors. The D360® coating significantly reduces internal surface erosion and features strong carbon-phobic properties to minimize carbon buildup
