Impact Weapon Components Barrier Hand Stop - M-LOK features IWC's exclusive Captured Fastener Design. This means the fastener is retained in the mount, eliminating the annoying lost screw and reduces the size of the access hole, allowing for the most minimal and efficient design possible.

Hand stops work as a comfortable and minimal leverage point, working as the name suggests (a hand stop, to prevent the hands going forward of the muzzle on pistols/SBRs) or as a contact/reference point for increased leverage and control of the firearm; almost a small vertical grip if you will. The Barrier Hand Stop has mild serrations on one face to act as a force point to drive the firearm against a barrier to allow for supported shooting, or to provide increased traction while wearing gloves.
