Unity Tactical Tactical Augmented Pressure Switches - SYNC with Surefire / Crane Laser Leads
Unity Tactical TAPS (Tactical Augmented Pressure Switch) is a complete one-point command and control system for all weapon-mounted electronics. The TAPS SYNC provides dual-device control for lights and lasers. Select which Variant you like based on what needs to be individually fired (Light or Laser) and what position to have the dual-operation switch in (front or rear).
TAPS mounts directly to ANY industry standard rail: That's 1913 Picatinny Rails, Keymod, or M-LOK. No adapters are needed for mounting, keeping the weapon lighter and sleeker. The TAPS Sync features two on-board buttons and two accessory leads. Using the patented double pole dome switch to fire both devices simultaneously on isolated circuits to protect your devices, the TAPS SYNC offers both tactical and administrative control.
The variants are denoted by how each button is programmed. The front of the device is the opposite side of the leads, however the Unity TAPS SYNC can be mounted in either direction. With 9" leads, you can have leads forward or reversed.
- Variant 1: Light (Front Button) / Light + Laser (Rear Button)
- Variant 2: Laser (Front Button) / Light + Laser (Rear Button)
- Variant 3: Light + Laser (Front Button) / Light (Rear Button)
- Variant 4: Light + Laser (Front Button) / Laser (Rear Button)
Our recommendation for use with the MAWL would be Variant 1 or Variant 3 mounted behind the MAWL. For users with PEQ-15s/DBAL, etc: We recommend Variant 2 or Variant 4. The activation position is based off preference and weapon platform.
