Haley Strategic Partners Thorntail Picatinny Offset Adaptive Light Mount - Scout

For use with all Surefire Scout Lights, Streamlight Protac Rail Mount Lights, and similar light bodies.  The Scout Thorntail mount features a longer, offset wing arm.  Positioning the light further forward over a portruding barrel to eliminate barrel shadow.  The Thorntail can be used as an effective cantilever for this purpose but should not extend beyond the muzzle as it is not rated for high impact as a barricade stop.

While the Thorntail2 has the ability to make micro adjustments for better light placement, we prefer the beefier Thorntail as it has more reinforcing material around the mounting screws.
